Harnessing observability to optimize your serverless workloads
Observability is more than monitoring your workload—you also need logs and traces for full visibility into your applications. Many serverless workloads consist of components distributed over multiple accounts and teams. This requires you to join and correlate information from many sources to gain an understanding of the overall system. You then have to ask the right questions to gain insights from the data. In this session, learn how to improve your observability foundations and derive valuable insights to understand and optimize your serverless workloads.
Ben Freiberg is a Senior Solutions Architect at AWS with over 12 years of professional experience. In his role, he guides customers to achieve their goals with AWS and accelerate their digital transformation. Join us for an insightful discussion about the impact of regulations on blockchain networks.
The presentations and discussions will focus on the effects of MICA, the EU Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) regulation, and the Data Act on both existing and planning-to-launch token-and blockchain based services or platforms.
We aim to provide a high-level understanding of how this regulation influences the industry, assisting stakeholders in navigating the new requirements and planning for the future. Schon immer haben Menschen am Feuer Geschichten erzählt und diskutiert. Die neue Veranstaltungsreihe Impact Fireside holt dazu Impact-Gründer:innen und ihre Geschichte ans Kaminfeuer. Gemeinsam lernen wir die Menschen hinter der Impact-Idee kennen, lassen uns von ihnen inspirieren und lernen durch ihre Erfahrungen. Dabei stehen insbesondere Erfolge, Herausforderungen und Learnings ihrer unternehmerischen Reise im Vordergrund.
Bei dieser Ausgabe freuen wir uns auf Florian Pachaly, Co-Founder des deutschlandweiten Mehrwegsystems RECUP.
Er ist überzeugt, dass sich nachhaltiger Wandel stark durch wirtschaftliche Aktivität gestalten lässt. Neben der Ressourcenverschwendung widmet sich Florian mit besonderer Begeisterung dem Thema “Verantwortungseigentum” und nachhaltigem Wirtschaften.
RECUP ist ein deutschlandweites Mehrwegsystem für Speisen und Getränke zum Mitnehmen, mit der Mission Einweg für Verpackungen abzuschaffen. Die mint-grünen Becher und dunkelgrünen Schalen sind an über 20.000 Stellen in ganz Deutschland verfügbar, vom kleinen Café um die Ecke, über eine Vielzahl an Bäckereien, Unternehmenskantinen bis hin zu FastFood-Ketten und Tankstellen.

Über die Fuckup Nights Frankfurt
Die Fuckup Nights Frankfurt hat seit Anfang 2015 einen festen Platz in der Frankfurter Eventszene und hat in dieser Zeit mehr als 30 Speaker:innen die Bühne geboten über ihr persönliches Scheitern zu berichten.
Speaker:innen, wie Thomas Middelhoff - zum Video, Christian Lindner oder Axel Hesse sprechen über ihre Learnings und Downs ihrer tiefsten Misserfolge.
Das Ziel dieses Events ist es, das Fehlermachen "besprechbar" zu machen, zu entstigmatisieren und dem Auditorium zu zeigen, dass es auch nach dem schlimmsten Fuckup im Leben weitergeht.
Die Frankfurter Fuckup Nights hat dabei einen besonderen Spirit, denn das große Publikum, die aussergewöhnlichen Locations der Kooperationspartner und das Organisationsteam machen die FUNFFM zu einem besonderen Ereignis.
Neben den spannenden Stories gibt es auf dem Event die Möglichkeit mit Gleichgesinnten in Austausch zu kommen und neue Kontakte zu knüpfen. Zum zweiten Mal in Folge öffnet die Frankfurter Fuckup Nights ihre Tore im Rahmen der Copetri Convention und wird damit der krönende Abschluss des zweiten Tages auf der Mainstage sein.
Bei Bier & Dj wird das Event mit der FuckupNights Community einen grandiosen Abschluss finden.

About the speakers, we have two speakers Dr. Vasileios Iosifidis and Dr. Felix Goetzefrom Frankfurt region. Our first speaker Vasileios has a PhD degree is AI & Machine Learning with several academic publications and an open-source contributor in the field. His experience specifically focuses on large datasets, NLP areas and if you have not noticed, he worked for SCHUFA in the past ;) . He will share with us one of his works regarding challenges of imbalanced datasets and available solutions around it.
Then we have Felix as our second speaker, and he is another scientist who studied Physics especially nonlinear dynamics for years. Now he is applying his research knowledge in understanding customers behavior to drive the business at Unbox AI - (BehaviorGPT) which is an interesting work. I am existing to hear both of their work and I am sure you are as well. Looking forward to hearing both of their talks at the event.
